Kenslim, We make it very clear to all our clients that we can install a different color of leather however do not make any statements claiming that we can or will change the entire interior of the RAV4. We are very sorry that you are unhappy with the color you chose however we did advise you more than once that it would be two different colors inside your RAV4. We have tried numerous times to make amends with you. We have even offered to put the original color back into your car. We urge you to please contact us at the dealership to let us know what we can do to make things right. Please understand that we cannot change out the entire interior of your RAV4 to match the new black leather that you have had installed. I understand that. But the problem is your company did not make it clear that you can't change the entire interior of the RAV4. Before I made the decision to purchase the car, I had clearly told Joe ( the company's sale man) that I want everything in the car is black, if you can do it , I will buy the car, If you can't, I will choose the other car. He said YES. That's why I brought the car. When I got the car, It looked awful inside, the colors aren't match. the black leather that they put on didn't look right. The back seats look ok, the front seat's leather is not stretchy enough. So I talked to you sale manager, and he said " Look, what's color is it? It's black right. so that's your car, you deal with it". Seriously, I am so disappointed with your company. what else I can do ? I will definitely not pay 1000$ more to put the original color back into my car as they offered.
