Just never a good job done They do okay work but if it’s a used car from their dealership, steer clear. They left my trucks bumper sideways and left the cap off the oil. They literally do the bare minimum and you have to stay on top of whoever works on your vehicle. They will send you out in something unsafe to drive. We don’t go here anymore even though we have the warranty so good luck. More

Best Experience! I've purchased 3 Toyota's from Dick Dyer. I've ALWAYS been treated with respect and as though I "mattered" and was appreciated. I recently went in (Saturday the 29th of June) for a 60,000 mile service on one of my cars. The service was completed in superior time, and Victor Torres, my service technician went through everything prior to service. He took great care to be sure I knew what was happening and what to expect. Of course, over the years, I've been treated well with everyone! Also, I've "taught" many of the employees and without a doubt, upon my arrival, I am greeted with smiles and hugs. What dealership can compare? I can buy any car I desire, but I can say that I am with Toyota and Dick Dyer for life! More
