What I observed at Dick Dyer was the most impressive disp I have been a car guy all of my life. I understand cars, dealerships, maintenance, racing. What I observed at Dick Dyer was the most impressive display of transparency I've ever witnessed at any business. The Service Writers take their customers to check out with the cashier and explain line by line what was accomplished, what maintenance is impending and any other recommendations. They review what can be a confusing document for many people. I watched several customers ask questions and they all received the correct answers. My service rep was John and he was superb. More
