Lease deal I got a nice deal and the finance manger was very pleasant to work with. Customer Service could have been better I have been coming to Dick Dyer Toyota since about 2016. I usually give Dick Dyer great reviews for the service and this was my first not so great exp I have been coming to Dick Dyer Toyota since about 2016. I usually give Dick Dyer great reviews for the service and this was my first not so great experience. I did not have an appointment and dropped my car off around 9am. I called about 4p cause no one called me to say your car is ready. I gave my info so someone could call me back because did not know the name of the guy who checked me in. Might I add is a first cause I usually get a card with the service persons name on who is helping me. Within 10-15 I received a call saying your car is ready. I believe my car been ready because even without usually making an appointment I get a callback within 2 -3 hours or less even on a busy day but not 7 hrs. When I picked up my car I didn’t get to get the guys name because Daniel ended up helping me out and getting me checked out. Daniel was very helpful and I appreciated his help. More

2 hours for a tire rotation and look into noise First of all, I want to say Miranda was great! The problem was I watched my truck pull in the bay at 12:44, my appointment was 11:30. She told me they test drove it when I asked about how much longer. The odometer never moved from the time I got there to the time I left. I didn’t leave until 1:23. I told her to not worry about the car wash that is supposed to be complimentary, because I had to leave. I’m very disappointed in the service, what was the point of a reservation? Why did the manager not come to me? The technician that was working on my truck was not in a rush after she went to talk to him and show him the video of my truck making the noise. I also told them that it does it at start up and idle but for some reason they needed a test drive? Last time I was there, John told me they would keep it over night to see if they can duplicate this random noise? Was that true or not? More
