No Communication I dropped my truck off to have the seat belt sensor looked at on a Friday and was told that I would get it back the next day, Saturday. I never received a call from the service department so I called Saturday at 3:30pm. The person that answered the phone said she would find out what was going on and call me right back. No on called and I called at 5:30 but the service department had already closed. Same issues on Monday. I was finally able to get my truck Tuesday. So I had to juggle two working parents and two kids in school for four days. Terrible experience and large lack of communication. More

Total Redemption After my last service visit I was not sure I was going to continue getting my service done at Dick Dyer. However, this past experience totally redeeme After my last service visit I was not sure I was going to continue getting my service done at Dick Dyer. However, this past experience totally redeemed themselves! My intention was to just get an oil change and my battery checked but I knew I needed tires. I would wait to make my decision on the tires after I spoke with my service representative. My service person was awesome! He didn’t cut corners and told me everything I needed to know. I ended up purchasing tires and the lifetime alignment. Also, my battery did need to be replaced and after speaking with my service rep, I purchased the lifetime battery as well. All my service was completed in about two hours. I was overly pleased with my experience and will continue to do my vehicle service with Dick Dyer. More
