My whole family also gets there auto service work at Dick Dyer. We get all our repairs from engine work to detailing, general maintenance, oil changes, alignments, rentals and tires at Dick Dyer on Killian. They have been my trusted service center for about 10 years. My PRIMARY adviser is VICTOR TORRES. He explains the repairs needed clearly. He's not pushy he allows me the chance to absorb the information before I approved the needed work. I know that might seem small but it means so much that I understand what is happening with "Silvia" - yes she's silver. :-) Victor has helped keep my 2007 Toyota Hybrid in great condition. Silvia now has 497,000+ miles. I look forward to another 500,000 miles with Victor and the WONDERFUL Dick Dyer service team. I do realize that the tech's and staff behind the scene makes Victor Torres shine as special and valued adviser and I appreciate the whole service team! I can't say enough about my Dick Dyer Toyota service center experiences. Thank you Dick Dyer! More

Shaky Start, but overall I did buy the car.... Internet Specialist, Ashley Reyes, was wonderful. My Salesman, William Calloway, was very respectful, patient, knowledgeable, and not pushy. However, I got to dealership to look at the Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle that I had set the appointment up for and even though the vehicle was advertised as CPO, I was told it would cost another $2995.00 for it to be considered CPO. I asked for them to show me on their website where it states this. They could not show me because the website does not mention this “Extra Certification Charge.” They ultimately dropped the bogus certification charge to $1.00 after trying to act like they were doing me a favor to drop it to $500.00. I have been in Sales for 30 years, come on guys you have been in business for 50 years- you are better than this. You don’t win customers with bogus offers and misdirection. I wonder how many customers have fallen for the extra add-on certification charges over the years? Advertise the price you need so you can make the profit you need on the vehicle up front and up-sell on the warranties and financing. Ultimately, I had driven from over 2 hours away because Dick Dyer Toyota had a great advertised deal. The deal I ultimately got on the vehicle, but the CPO ”extra certification charge” would have been enough of a reason for me to walk away had I not travelled so far to buy the car. More

Unfortunately, I needed a new car after my 2018 Rav4 was involved in a collision. It was the second collision (neither my fault) this car has endured. It was then I KNEW I would NEVER drive anything that wasn’t a Toyota. This Rav4 kept me and my child safe TWICE! I came in to make sure I had gap insurance and drove off the lot with a new Rav4. No hassle. No nagging. I told Trent and Jason what I needed and they made it happen. Trent and Jason paid special attention to my daughter and never once treated her as an inconvenience. Jason, even set up a coloring station for her while we finished up the paperwork. More

Counter personnel would not take the time to help me by going to see my vehicle while in for service to find out what clip I needed in my inner fender . They were not busy at all and car was right outside the door. More

After dropping my son off at school I went to the dealership without an appointment. Arrived at 8:15 and I was first in line. My service agent came out and I thought I was gonna get the bad news especially right before a busy travel week. But she told that there was no one ahead of me and they could take of me BAZINGA!. Anyway after enjoying a cappuccino from their awesome coffee machine I got done before 10 am. Great service, great crew. Even gave me the printout of recommendations with prices for services on my Tundra without pressuring me. Will be using their services for my cars Toyota and none! More

Daniel I had appointment with Daniel Peterson on Wednesday, Nov. 20 to get my 2016 RAV4 5,000 mile check up I purchased from Dick Dyer in July 2019. Daniel did an excellent job getting my vehicle checked out thoroughly and back to me in less than 2 hours. I was waiting in the lounge. Great service and my RAV4 check out with no problems detected.
