Stay far away from them. Ordered a van and gave a deposit on Jan 20th 2022. Still have not received it. Jennifer Hanby and Jose Medina keep lying to me and pushing me off. They have had this van in stock multiple times but keep selling it to other customers who pay more. Apparently a signed agreement means nothing to them. They will screw you over to make an extra dollar. Toyota should end their partnership with them. More

Communication with the service refer was very poor. Ref did not fulfill his part of the service by not returning the call to get a estimate cost before work was done on my vehicle. Also they tried to charg did not fulfill his part of the service by not returning the call to get a estimate cost before work was done on my vehicle. Also they tried to charge for replacing air filters that was basically new with theirs. After calling them out on a few things they said they'll put my air filters back in but they did not thinking that I would check behind them to make sure it was done. They told my wife needed certain things needed to be done when in fact it really didn't needed to be done. I am displease with the way these mechanics and service refs take advantage of women when they bring there vehicles in for service. They are one one of the biggest ripoff at car dealerships, especially this one that gets these women feeling if they don't fit that or service the part their vehicle will stop working if they do not follow the service mileage chart they have. This leaves them to spend unnecessary money and a high bill. More
