Victor is EXCELLENT! Very professional and helpful! He is very empathetic to the customers needs! I will ALWAYS use Victor! But -- there is another worker there - I think the name is Kayla (?) - I was tol very empathetic to the customers needs! I will ALWAYS use Victor! When sales rep called me told me my vehicle arrived. I went to test drive Tacoma TRD off-road v6 I realized they Didn’t bring vehicle promised. It was supposed to have only 90 miles because I agreed to let someone drive to dealership, they Let me test drive diff vehicle /w paperwork reflecting diff vin# that had 241 miles and wanted more$$$ for same vehicle with no options and only mats an clear coat they couldn’t remove. They wasted my time. Offered me 2 oil changes or .18 cents a mile for diff mileage. This was not the agreement and no apology was offered for the discrepancies. Wouldn’t trust this sale manager at dick dyer toyota (Jennifer Hanby) or her boss whom she was in communication with about deal. More
