I took my car in for a scheduled 12:45pm oil change appointment. Victor informed me that it would be 60minutes, but at the most 90minutes. Around 2:45pm I go to the window and see the man still working on my car. I’m up walking around, because I’m uncomfortable and now I walk around inside, because it’s raining outside. At 3:45 I see my car on the floor with the hood up and nobody around and both work areas on each side of my car is empty. I’m there looking, so at 4pm I go to Victor to see if they are finished. He says the mechanic recommended I get an alignment. Now, this is after 4pm. I’m physically hurting and disappointed that I’m still here. I tell him to do whatever is required so I can keep my warranty and be safe driving. Now that’s another 30-45 minutes. I’m walking around inside near the salesman area, the staff break room and other offices numerous times. They looking at me, like “why are you walking around in this area?” It’s because my pains from the Marine are hurting and I can’t sit down anymore and I’m ready to go home and prepare, before I Must go to my job. It was entirely too long for a scheduled oil change that I have been here before and completed in the time frame that the service person says. I did not get back in my car until 4:35pm. COME ON DICK DYER!
