I have been a Middletow Toyota customer since 2000 It was explained to me that the lower oil pan threads for drain plug pulled out and I do not know how this happened. Also, it was recommended to me replacement of the lower oil pan and drain plug next service. The only place I have my car serviced is Middletown Toyota and I do not know how this could have happened. This was for work to rotate the tires and do a safety check I have been a Middletown Toyota customer since 1994. I have worked with many of their service advisors and many service technicians have worked on my cars. Through their track records my family has joined me in having Middletown service their cars. There is a total of 7 cars currently being serviced by Middletown. Chuck is our go to person for any service questions on the cars. Mainly because he knows our cars and he listens to what we say (think) about the cars' performance. We trust what he has to tell us on any repairs. He knows what Toyota wants him to know and he relates this information in a very professional and easy to understand manner. He is extremely helpful and works to keep us coming back. By the way, Toyota, why are you only displaying Sales folks and not the Service teams names below? More
Middletown Connecticut Toyota I have been a customer of Middletown Toyota since 2002, when I purchased a Toyota Avalon from the dealership there. I have brought the car back there I have been a customer of Middletown Toyota since 2002, when I purchased a Toyota Avalon from the dealership there. I have brought the car back there every time service was needed for the past sixteen years. The repair staff is first rate; my service advisor, Chuck Hills, is exceptional in his role. The service provided to the car, and the professionalism of Chuck, has made such an impression on me that my wife purchased a Toyota Camry from the dealership in 2016. Needless to say, we bring the car for service only to Middletown Toyota. I was given a Lexus IS 250; any service work that doesn’t require service at a Lexus dealership, I bring to Middletown Toyota. The service staff fixed the issue with my brakes and rotors in a timely fashion, while keeping me updated regularly. I recommend them to everyone. Thank you Bob More

If John was honest and had told me that this break job cost was going to cost $484. dollars, I would have told him leave out the brake fluid change. I will discourage anyone I know from visiting this service center because they only tell what repairs are needed without telling you how much it will cost. More
