I have been a Middletow Toyota customer since 2000 It was explained to me that the lower oil pan threads for drain plug pulled out and I do not know how this happened. There is a total of 7 cars currently being serviced by Middletown. Chuck is our go to person for any service questions on the cars. Mainly because he knows our cars and he listens to what we say (think) about the cars' performance. We trust what he has to tell us on any repairs. He knows what Toyota wants him to know and he relates this information in a very professional and easy to understand manner. He is extremely helpful and works to keep us coming back. I have brought the car back there every time service was needed for the past sixteen years. The repair staff is first rate; my service advisor, Chuck Hills, is exceptional in his role. The service provided to the car, and the professionalism of Chuck, has made such an impression on me that my wife purchased a Toyota Camry from the dealership in 2016. Needless to say, we bring the car for service only to Middletown Toyota. I was given a Lexus IS 250; any service work that doesn’t require service at a Lexus dealership, I bring to Middletown Toyota. The service staff fixed the issue with my brakes and rotors in a timely fashion, while keeping me updated regularly. I recommend them to everyone. Thank you Bob More
