Treated like a crook The service receptionist was very rude made me feel like I was trying to steal my oil change service. I called service dept and asked if they honored The service receptionist was very rude made me feel like I was trying to steal my oil change service. I called service dept and asked if they honored other Toyota dealers coupons and the lady on phone said she wasn't sure she had asked her boss and they said sure bring in coupon. When I arrived for scheduled appointment I told the young lady I had a coupon and she said we don't honor other dealers coupons and especially that price. I explained that I called and the lady I spoke to said that she spoke to her boss and they would honor the coupon this lady started getting really rude with me and saying we do not take this coupon and where there's no way we can honor it she proceeded to find the lady I spoke to and she confirmed that she did say she would honor the coupon but she came back to me very rudely and says we will not do this again for you in a very bad tone voice. I told her that I did nothing wrong and that she should not speak the way she did to me making me feel like I was a crook Throughout the ordeal she did not even apologize for what she was doing she felt like she was the boss taking charge and not being loyal to a customer I think she should be spoken to for next further situations arise. More
