You forgot to change my oil. I was there for over 80 minutes and then Melissa came and got me and said that I was all set Then as I was leaving she ran out and stopped me. She told me that they forgot to change the oil and filter. So they brought the car back in and did so. That took another half hour. I don’t know who messed up. I can’t necessarily blame her. Poor communication I am leaving for Florida tomorrow. That could have turned out ugly. I’m not happy More

Miserable experience. My purchase was a relatively inexpensive used car that met my expectations perfectly. What was sorely lacking was the dealership’s management of the deal. The business manager was non responsive, surly, and insolent. The general manager was just inaccurate. In the end I was overcharged for registration fees. I’ll have no occasion to deal with these brigands again since I live out of their area. Caveat emptor. I will say the the sales guys did a great job. More
