Service Appointment I had a scheduled appointment for maintenance. I was also given the price up front. There was no pressure to make the repairs at the time of the appointment, I appreciate this type of service. I feel like I am included in the decision and not railroaded into something. I am treated with respect. More

Regular service Scheduled 5K mile inspection. First, it took nearly 2 hours. For a standard lube/oil/filter. Second, I know there are issues with my vehicle (hole in Scheduled 5K mile inspection. First, it took nearly 2 hours. For a standard lube/oil/filter. Second, I know there are issues with my vehicle (hole in the exhaust, uneven tire wear...) yet my multi-point inspection came back perfect. Flying colors. Next, the man who checked me in and out (a “Service Advisor” and seemingly not a new guy) couldn’t operate the computer or the credit card machine without help. If that’s not his job, fine. Then he shouldn’t be doing it. Finally, my car wasn’t washed after the service. Interestingly, while I was waiting for Service Advisor to figure out the credit card machine, I heard a service agent explaining to another customer how they “always provide a car wash...after every service”. I would have gone back in and asked them to run my car through the car wash but, as I said earlier, it took two hours (by the way, there was no line when I got there and my car was pulled into the garage before I got fully checked in...no signs that it was going to take that long, and no update by anyone from the service team as to the reason for the delay). I bought my car at this dealership 8 years ago and have only ever had it serviced there. To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. If it were one - even two - items that were overlooked I’d likely let it go, but this was a multi-point fail and as such is just unacceptable. More

Good, the experience was ok. I came because it’s part of my Service was good. The car wash was horrible. There was this finish on my car. I also saw scratches.
