Fred Cook was extremely thorough, going over all of the details regarding payments, additional warranty for peace of mind. He's extremely professional, but also takes the time to get to know you. Everyone in the office was very nice and seemed very positive. Joey took the time to show me the Bluetooth and helped in setting it up. He showed me many gadgets in the car, which was extremely helpful to me. I was extremely nervous but after explaining some of the features, I felt better. Always something wrong when I get home! Service checked the air pressure and forgot to install all stem caps, battery is listed as no crossion and passed all test. Also, my frame was leaking the old oil in my driveway but I am use to this. More
