The service center is fine and the service managers are fine. The waiting area is greatly improved from your last location. When I wanted to buy out my lease I called 3 times and no one ever called me back. As a business you can make any decision you want on how to operate , but decisions have consequences…. You should realize that and so should all sales and finance individuals. More
