Mid-Hudson Subaru

I live an hour away from this dealership (70 miles. ) The mechanic who did my oil change didn't put my splash shield back on correctly and it was hanging and clips were broken and the splash shield had ) The mechanic who did my oil change didn't put my splash shield back on correctly and it was hanging and clips were broken and the splash shield had a hole in it when I got home. I called to let mid hudson subaru know that I needed a new one and they told me to come in to have it replaced. When I got there, they told me they didn't have the part in stock and that I would have to come back again when they get the splash shield in. when I came in for the third time the only thing mid hudson subaru was willing to do for my money and time wasted was change my tires out for free. 420 miles on one oil change and now my car rattles whenever I go over 70. Worst dealership ever! More
