I called the Service Department at 12:15 p.m. because my 2018 Subaru Outback was making a fast beeping noise, but all systems appeared to be working. I was told to come in and they would fit me in. When I arrived at 1:00 p.m., someone looked at my car immediately and returned a few minutes later to tell me that the problem was that my hatchback latch needed to be reset, which he had done. Problem solved within an hour and a half of my call! Friendly, rapid, and efficient service - who could ask for anything more? More
