Best Sales response possible. Three weeks ago, my 2016 Toyota Four Runner was totaled by a rear end collision, and while I waited for a yield sign. Only slightly hurt, I'm grateful the car protected me. That was the first indignity. It took a week for the adjuster to decide if it was totaled, and determine the replacement cost value of the car. Dealing with the insurance adjuster was the second indignity. Throughout this process, Farid (Naj) Najmolhoda was involved, responsive and helpful. Sympathetic to what had happened, he had my new car ready - will all the options I'd had on my old car - long before I could get to the dealership and at a very good price. I drove it home yesterday. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am of Naj, and his commitment to service what I needed and wanted. While I wish the accident hadn't happened, Naj is by far the brightest spot in the process. He's simply the best. More
