Shady I purchased a used car from this dealership. Their Finance Manager Mike Rosette also sold me a warranty for the car. In making the sale he reviewed sales material specific to the Toyota Certified Platinum VSA, and the specific coverage it provides. I later discovered that the page we reviewed was only one of a several-page document, the last page of which clearly states my vehicle is ineligible for its coverage. On deciding to make the purchase I was presented with a contract from a generic-sounding company (National Warranty), one of a small pile of forms I signed to complete the purchase. Mike himself folded up the Toyota VSA information and only the first page of the National Warranty contract in the paperwork he sent me home with, excluding the details of the contract. I had no information on the actual coverage that was provided, and was not told it was through a different company than the sales material we had discussed. Several months later my car had an issue and I brought it back to them, and was told the issue was not covered by my warranty. The Toyota VSA information I had in hand clearly stated it would be, but at this point I discovered it was not the warranty I had purchased. Mike stated that it was only due to an error on his part with the National Warranty paperwork, which he would fix. I called National Warranty and requested documentation of the coverage provided twice and they have not provided it. Mike was only able to provide blurry cell phone photos of the omitted pages of the contract. I requested a refund of my full purchase price due to the misleading nature of the sale and they have only offered a pro-rated amount. Stay away. Shady. More

Paid twice for an accessory already installed on the vehicle I purchased a new car through the Internet sales department. This is my second purchase in spite of some issues with not being transparent with addit I purchased a new car through the Internet sales department. This is my second purchase in spite of some issues with not being transparent with additional dealer created fees in the previous purchase. We discovered that we paid twice for an accessory already installed on the car!! When we inspected the car at delivery, we asked if the accessory was already installed on the car, even pointed it out. Aleks said no it looks different. So we paid for it. When I took it to the service dept for installation, they told me that it is already installed on the car! There were other issues with this sale, including quoting a lower price on the car and then renegging saying that accessories for which I requested as part of the quote were extra. Then there was an issue at delivery where the hood was not shut all the way and the sensor does not alert until after the car is moving. He responded with there is no sensor on the car. I call B.S. There a bright orange exclamation light and a diagram lights up with the hood marked. Either Alex doesn't know the product he is selling and/or doesn't know his product or this is just plain shady. It is the salesman's job to know the product and we felt that there was a bait and switch going on. We requested the paperwork that lists out all accessories , and price paid at delivery. Never got it. We spoke with the manager and he hung on me when I asked for the paperwork. The price he said does not match what the service dept said we paid for it. So shady, this is the last purchase I will be making at this dealership. More
