We picked out 3 cars we were interested in, but didn't have the time to test drive them, so we made plans to meet him again the next day. The next morning we showed up and Justin had info on all of the cars we looked at the previous day. He was so easygoing and fun to talk to and made the experience a great one. We were actually dreading the whole car-buying hassle, but he made everything smooth and easy and we never felt any pressure to buy. As soon as we made the decision to buy the Touareg after test driving it, he got the ball rolling right away. As the car had just been recently brought in, it did have some bumper damage that still needed to be dealt with. They replaced the bumper and during that time Justin called and kept us abreast of what was happening and when the car would be ready. When it was ready he delivered the car to our house personally which helped us out a great deal. Also, we loved the dealership itself. Very friendly staff as soon as you walk through the door, a coffee bar if you need a snack or something to drink and a nice playroom area for kids (if you have them) where they also have movies playing. Not having kids myself it was nice not to see and hear screaming kids running all over the place. All in all, a great experience and we highly recommend Justin if you're ever looking for a new or used car. A+++ More

The reasons I go to Michael's are simple, they're the best dealer in the area, and sales person Noir Kameel. This was the 6th car I've purchased from Michaels with Noirs help. When I called to talk with Noir about getting a used Tacoma he was off that day so I left him a message and told him what I was looking for but not to worry about it until he's was in. He called me back 5 min later and said he'd get on it. I met him the next morning at the dealership, drove the trucks, and was out of there. This is the only dealer I ever recommend to my family and friends because I know I can trust that they will be shown the same level of respect that I'm treated with and respect is everything to me.
