I just purchased my 5th car from Michael Kia, I couldn't be happier!!! My salesman, Matt Shirley was GREAT, John in finance was GREAT, but the man to see is the new GM Dave Williams!!! Just when I thought the deal fell through, he stepped up and gave me more for my trade to put me in my new 2012 Mazda3 that I absolutely LOVE!!! It's nice to see that customer service has not died, and there are compassionate people still out there!! Matt was very professional, he told me to take my time, did not push me at all, and answered all of my questions. John was very personable and helpful, and prepared all of the paperwork very efficiently. Without the hardwork and dedication of Dave Williams, I would still be unhappy in my old car. I still cannot believe what he did for me, and I will not hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know!! This is, by far the BEST experience I have EVER had buying a car, which says a lot, since I've lost count of how many cars I've actually bought!!! More

The other week I discovered a leak on my Kia Rondo. I contacted "Service Bob" at Michael Kia who arranged that I could come in the next morning so they could investigate the leak closer. As the repair proved to be a full-day job, we agreed that I should come in the following week as I needed to get an oil change for my Rondo anyway. I suddenly had to go abroad and then "Sandy" passed, but three days ago, I got the repair done. Previously, I have only had Michael Kia do some "oil change" jobs (my reliable Rondo has never needed anything else), but whether it is a small, or as this time, a little bigger job, I have always drove off very pleased with the job the service fellows had done. It really doesn't matter whom you talked to at Michael Kia, everyone is so very friendly, from the lady answering the phones, the repair guy, or as last last time, the pleasant fellow who picked me up at my home to take me over to the dealership. I would warmly recommend Michael Kia to anyone who are interested in buying a Kia, or get their car serviced there. By Jove, I am already looking forward to my Kia's next oil change! More

I went into the dealership to purchase a used car and I feel in love with the 2010 Jeep Patriot and bought it that day and picked it up the next day. Once I drove out of the lot I noticed it made a noise in the front end when turning or going over bumps. I called Carl he said to bring it in and they would check it out but the service techs could not duplicate the noise. They kept the car for a few days because they put something on it that they promised to install in order for me to buy the car. I got the car back and the noise was even worse so I called Carl told him I do not want this car because they can't fix it. He asked to give them another try and I took it back in I took a tech for a ride in the parking lot and went over their speed bump and he told me he knows what it is that struts were bad. So I left the car again and picked it up a few days later and they said that it wasn't the struts it was the bushings so they changed those. As soon as I pulled out of the parking lot the noise was there again so the next day I took it back to get a loaner and let them try again to fix my car. Unfortunately, the Jeep is still not fixed and David is assisting me on correcting issues and coming up with a new solution. I have to say that John who assisted me with signing all the paperwork is a wonderful person and very helpful. However, you need to read the fine print of equity for you as they have a fee of $399 to use their services and $195 for each debt they take from your account. Carl my sails person is a very nice person but he lets the salesman talk get in the way sometimes but he is a friendly salesperson. More

From the time i walked into the dealership I was greeted with a friendly, courteous and professional staff. They were able to get me into a vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford and a 2 year bumper to with a friendly, courteous and professional staff. The were friendly and knowledgable and worked diligently to see that my needs were met and that my family drove out of there with the right vehicle. Cassidy Vaughn and John the business manager were top notch and we were treated like old friends right from the get go. We purchased a used 2009 Toyota Sienna CE and we couldn't be happier with the vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership if you want the best service and a great price on a vehicle. Cassidy was a friendly, courteous and professional salesperson who seemed to really care about the overall quality of the experience we would have in purchasing our used 2009 Toyota Sienna from the de salesperson who seemed to really care about the overall quality of the experience we would have in purchasing our used 2009 Toyota Sienna from the dealership. There were a few bugs to be worked out and it was brought to their attention prior to leaving the lot so we will be making an appt to bring our van in to have them fixed.
