The Sales Staff of Rick Simonette and Travis Lunsford are great guys and very helpful. If you want exceptional customer service who value you, and value your vehicle, then you need to meet the Service Department. Alice Hinnant, a wonderful person, who has gone out of her way to ensure my car has been taken care of and has even come to the rescue on the side of the road when I thought something was wrong. Turned out to be nothing, but the fact she came on a Friday afternoon along with a Service Tech Eddie was something I didn't expect. When purchasing my newest vehicle Alice ensured me that I was again picking a great vehicle and that Travis was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Christopher Hughes, the man who I call the official greeter of the Service Department, his desk if the first desk you see when walking in the door. I witnessed him on the sales floor speaking to several of us buying new cars, congratulating us on our new purchases and letting us know if they could be of service or if we had any questions to please call or come by. Mr.. Mike Burke recently assisted my daughter and needless to say that was a great thing knowing this gentlemen ensured my daughter's vehicle was taken care of. The Service Manager, Mark Padfield, has assited me for many years and has always ensured my vehicles are taken care of with the greatest care. I have never walked into this service department and I have been walking in since 2005 and he has not spoken. I always experience the biggest welcome when pulling up and getting out, I hear "HEY MS. SIMPSON " they always recall their customers and they are a busy, busy place. Interesting though busy, I don't have much of a wait. Keep up the Good Work Michael Jordan Nissan you guys are great!!!! He has had enough patience to answer all my questions. He was more than willing to show and tell us what they had and answer every question that we had. , He took care of all of our paperwork so quickly and he could get us on the road with our new vehicle. I love Jeremy Peace for making my car purchase experience so easy and completely stress free. I also had an opportunity to spend some time with Horace on test drive; he is also very friendly and answered all of my questions during my test drive. I love Horace too. I told her we had done all our research, test drives, and were looking to purchase a Nissan Juke in a particular color. We were given a verbal quote with a finance rate that was in the ball park. They did not have the desired color when we arrived, but said they could get it from another dealer. There was a major disconnect during the negotiations, since they would not honor the price quote on the desired vehicle claiming it to be a mistake. When I asked to have the manager come over and explain the rational for not honoring the quote I was told he would not come over. At the point in time we were told perhaps we could get a better price on one of the cars they had on their lot, we decided it was time to leave. We purchased the exact car we were after a few hours later at another dealership. More

I'm on my second Nissan Altima, both purchased at this location with the help of Derrick Banks. Michael Jordan Nissan's service department and I had a minor hiccup in the beginning of this three plus year relationship but I've learned that if there's ever an issue, Mark Padfield will go above and beyond to make sure it is resolved without inconvenience to me. Whenever I need to schedule a service or whenever I have a question about the car I know to call Mr. Padfield. He always remembers who I am when I call and he is always very kind and very accommodating. This service department is very busy all of the time but the personal service that I've received from Mark Padfield over the past few years has been exemplary. I highly, highly recommend purchasing a Nissan from this dealership along with having the vehicle serviced there (they even built a new, beautiful waiting area that is comfortable and actually quite a pleasure to hang out in) it really is a great dealership and the customer is very important to them! I had been visualizing myself in a new Altima for months so I already knew what trim I wanted. I used a certificate from TrueCar which led me to MJ Nissan. Tiffany reached out to me in the evening and we went back/forth on the phone all day after the exact trim I wanted was located at another dealership. Tiffany came & picked me up from my home about 5 miles from the dealership and was extremely friendly and responsive. Travis sold me the car, moving me very quickly through the paperwork process and onto Ken, both of whom were friendly, funny & professional. This was very important to me, because I'm not very patient, and Travis/Ken got me and out in an hour. The SL has a LOT of options and Travis took the time to show me how to start the car, use the navigation and all of the features before I left. Travis also scheduled my first service appointment before I left dealership. On a side note, it was my birthday a few days after my purchase and Travis was kind enough to send me a congratulatory text message. The team is very professional, friendly and although I won't be in the market for a new car soon, I will highly recommend others to this dealership. More

I have been a customer for over ten years. My current service adviser is Mike Burke. Mr. Burke is conscientious and knowledgeable. I took my Nissan in today for a scheduled oil change. Mr. Burke checked out my vehicle and advised me of service needed and when the services were needed. He advised one of the services was needed today and I agreed. The other service he explained should be done at the next oil change. I appreciate his knowledge with regard to scheduled maintenance requirements for my vehicle as well as his honesty. The service today was excellent and I was in and out within an hour. He is knowledgeable, conscientious and exhibits excellent customer service. I appreciate him and feel he is an excellent employee. I've purchased about 30 cars during my lifetime but never have I had a finance/business guy to treat me as well as Kevin did. These folks treated me so well that they had me beleiving that I was a high roller when I know that I've just an average guy. Once I came back down to earth I was driving away in a brand new 2013 Altima 2.5 and Mr. Simonette had the keys to my 2012 Hyundai Eleantra which he traded me top dollar for and 'ojh by the way' he called his car from the very first conversation we had because he was ready to make a deal happen for me.
