There are two sides to every story and unfortunately this is neither the truth or the whole story. We do our best at Michael Jordan Nissan to qualify all of our customers for the vehicle they want. We explain what we need upfront and we have many avenues that we exhaust when customers can provide the verification needed. Regrettably that does not always happen and at that point we cannot proceed. For sales persons selling cars, they do not make $20,000 in commission off of a single sale, although we all wish that was the case.
