Travis helped me with both 2012 and 2015 Leafs this kudos for Travis is long over-due; I met Travis in 2012 when I leased my first Leaf; he's easy going, and answered all of my questions...certainl this kudos for Travis is long over-due; I met Travis in 2012 when I leased my first Leaf; he's easy going, and answered all of my questions...certainly made it easy to drive away in my first electric car; I haven't paid for gasoline since August 2012! So when I read that the new Leafs were getting 25% mileage per charge, I went back to see Travis and he set me up w/ the 1st 2015 Leaf out of MJN. Good experience on a long-distance purchase. Being a car-nut, it seems I usually have to go outside my local area in upstate South Carolina in order to find exactly what I'm looking for when I'm Being a car-nut, it seems I usually have to go outside my local area in upstate South Carolina in order to find exactly what I'm looking for when I'm ready to buy/trade vehicles. In searching on-line I found a Certified Pre-Owned 370Z Roadster at MJ Nissan in Durham, and emailed them about the vehicle. Since I tend to trade vehicle rather frequently, I've had email discussions with MANY dealers in different areas over the years, so I'm used to a lot of different games that get played going the Internet route; however I was pleasantly surprised with how direct and open the email communication was while emailing back and forth with Tiffany. She was very pleasant, easy to deal with, and provided REAL information. With the information from Tiffany, I decided to make the drive up to Durham. Once there, Tiffany greeted me, and introduced me to Raheem, who who was also very friendly and fun to kid around with. Following the test drive of the new car, they offered a very fair trade-in on my existing vehicle, and I decided to complete the deal with the help of Ken in closing the deal and completing the paperwork. In the process, I found one issue on the new car, in that the finish was wearing off one of the rims. They immediately agreed to fix the issue, and have scheduled someone to come take care of it here where I work in the Charlotte area, rather than having to leave the car in Durham and return later, or have to make another trip back to pick it up, which was obviously very helpful. Everyone I ran into at the dealership was friendly and it was a nice atmosphere. More
