Dishonest, My family drove almost 2 hours to the dealership. We asked for an all wheel drive Murano Platinum vehicle. We told them we needed an AWD because we lo My family drove almost 2 hours to the dealership. We asked for an all wheel drive Murano Platinum vehicle. We told them we needed an AWD because we love to drive on the beach in the weekend. We test drove the AWD vehicle and we loved it. We were there for over 2 hours negotiating and doing paperwork we ended up purchased the vehicle. We were in a hurry signing paperwork due to bad weather warnings. Not thinking about it until we got our 1st payment coupond and it says the vehicle is a 2WD. We called and email Nick Vrscak which was the our sale guy and he never reply. I called and got a hold of Chris Shaw which he was in part of our negotiation and he relied he was not part of the sale. We called again and got a hold of Rick Simonette which he was the main guy and also the sale GM and he was the negotiator. Told him about the situation and he played stupid and told us if we want the AWD, we have to pay $2400 more to get the AWD. We choose not to pay the extra. This is a bad business. Dealership can reject the selling offer instead of selling the down graded vehicle to the customer. More
