Raheem Wilson did it again!! I purchased another car yesterday from Raheem, but yesterday was different from the other times. My son had just gotten in an accident the day before I purchased another car yesterday from Raheem, but yesterday was different from the other times. My son had just gotten in an accident the day before and had totaled his car. He was in Raleigh and needed to get back to Charlotte for school and work as quickly as possible. I was desperate and not sure what to do. I called Raheem to explore my options, with the thought I would give my son my car. I didn't tell Raheem I was anxious. Even still, he sensed the urgency in the situation and did his magic. I had a car (not just any car, the car I wanted) by the end of the day and my son was able to get back to Charlotte in time. Poor customer service I recently went to Michael Jordan Nissan to purchase a car I had found online. Initially the employees were friendly and dealt with me in a timely man I recently went to Michael Jordan Nissan to purchase a car I had found online. Initially the employees were friendly and dealt with me in a timely manner. The longer I was there the customer service began to fall away. The car was as advertised so I have no issues there. I spent several hours going back and forth on a price with the salesman. Finally they caved to my price. Then I was lied to several times saying I would be next to see the financial person...2 hrs and several people put ahead of me later I finally see the finance person. More delays as my salesman disappeared without arranging for the plate to be put on the car and also never gave me my second key. I leave the dealership and was contacted daily after that due to paperwork not being completed because the dealership never confirmed they had the money prior to letting me drive off with the car. They continued to contact me for several days afterward about the lender and then about the dealer plate they gave me. Ironically now that they have all their stuff I still have not gotten my second key as it continues to "slip their mind." Needless to say I have not dealt with such an incompetent dealer before and will not be back. More

We went to multiple car dealerships and buy here pay here places....they all either turned us away or wanted us to pay a crazy amount of money up front. They made us feel low and hopeless. We were referred to Raheem and it was the best decision ever. He treated us like family. He did everything possible to get us on the road and out of our rental. He took his time and took that extra mile for us. He has us set up and it feels like 1000 pounds have been taken off our shoulders. I will forever buy my cars here and send anyone I know their way. You cant go wrong with this location or with Raheem!!! More
