Received Super caring service from the service department. I was stranded and had to get my towed to the Michael Hohl Subaru in Carson City, NV. Arvin took so good care of me, followed up to make sure I was safe, and really gave me peace of mind. They got my car fixed in record time, brought it to me, so I could get on the road the next day. After my service request was approved, Mr. Kronick helped order a set of new tires for my 2021 Forester. Subsequently the next day, I changed my mind about the specific brand that I wanted. I contacted the dealership and spoke with Chris Hawes since Mr. Kronick was out of the office. Mr Hawes worked with me to change my order and I sincerely appreciated that. During the time that my vehicle was being serviced, I was offered shuttle service so I would not have to wait at the dealership with my six year old child. All the service advisors as well as the shuttle driver were hospitable and pleasant to deal with. Before pick up, Mr. Kronick made sure my vehicle was washed and ready to go with my new set of Falken tires. Thank you for allowing me to enjoy the rest of my summer as these tires have proven themselves to be a good fit for my Forester. Thank you Michael Hohl Subaru for a pleasant experience. More

All of the service reps go above and beyond. Nothing but praise. They keep you up to date on your car. I had my car towed in because of oil leak on my garage floor. It turned out to be something Nothing but praise. They keep you up to date on your car. I had my car towed in because of oil leak on my garage floor. It turned out to be something I drove over. The service rep had the wheel wells power washed and cleaned the front window. All of this was free of charge. Thank you Steve for my wonderful surprise. HOHL is my service/repair shop of choice.
