I started the service with Dave and Tom ended up finishing things up. Dave was very nice and pleasant, Tom was WONDERFUL and would come back to him again. i live two hours away from the dealership and had an appt. for in the morning and was told that they would work with me when i got there since i work 3rd shift in the military and when i got there a 11: appt. for in the morning and was told that they would work with me when i got there since i work 3rd shift in the military and when i got there a 11:00 am i was told that they were expecting me earlier and that they were booked for the afternoon and that i would have to reschedual my appt. for another time but i had already had a part there that i needed so instead of paying $200 for gas because the repair would take 4 hour my wife and i drove both of our cars up there so we didn't have to sit around at the dealership bored. So i decided to just buy the part instead of going all the way back up there. So all in all my experience was horriable and it just reinforces my hate for dealership service it sucks. I wish they would just schedual a normal appt. at a set time like they do on the east coast. More
