Funny how you have been dealing with a company about fixing the car when it’s there own fault for sealing a dud car to you in the first place. It’s been 7 months now I’ve had this car and 3-4 mo they’ve fixing the car when it’s there own fault for sealing a dud car to you in the first place. It’s been 7 months now I’ve had this car and 3-4 mo they’ve had it off and on fixing things. Well we’ve been trying to contact joe at the service department for another scheduled fix because the grinding noise is still there when I turn left. Well it’s been going on 3 weeks and my father has left plenty of messages and no call backs. You would figure that by them telling me the last time they want to make things right they would get stuff done right. Right nope it’s been a xxxx hassle I am sick of commuting every other month and having to wait. The car bumper fender underneath still flaps while driving ruining my tires. I don’t feel safe in this car and they do not care about customers concerns at all.... if we don’t hear back and have a set appointment next step is going to a lawyer bc this is going to make it the fourth time coming in to fixing the car. It’s getting ridiculous and I am tired now the weather getting worse in nevada I am feeling very unsafe especially when I turn left the car making that noise and then it kicks every now and then I am sure there is more stuff wrong with this car then just underneath. You would think just so we don’t have to continue to deal with this hassle they’d just check everything over bc I mean hello the car was damaged from day one. Not by me nor my family but from the guy who traded it in. They should have known about the car before selling it I mean they did the smog check and safety supposedly. All false statements n claims. I give this place zero stars worst experience ever never have I ever had problems with buying a car until here. They lied they never disclosed any problems about the car, they had my car in the shop for a m have I ever had problems with buying a car until here. They lied they never disclosed any problems about the car, they had my car in the shop for a month and one day then they said I had the car 3 mo so nothing can be done. They wont finish fixing previous problems I found 4 days after buying the car. They lied on paperwork stating they worked on items replaced items but they didn’t. The car fax didn’t show any accidents but the car was in an accident bc the bumper as messed up the bottom torn they won’t fix the items. The general manager is a joke lied about the work that was done to the car. We took pics of everything needing work and they won’t fix bc the parts are aftermarket . They should have fixed everything they didn’t disclose the problems day one. The car pulls right the alignment is way off. Since we got the car back the grinding noise stopped only bc a piece of plastic broke off the finder that was never replaced like stated in the paperwork!!! We took it to the auto body shop all that needs work is over 2,000 that should have been done before selling a car to ppl with a family and endangering them. Worst experience ever not happy and I will do a bbb review as well. I was did wrong ppl need to be fired for wronging ppl. And lying. And for a whole month everything should have been fixed they knew what was wrong but the sales department mangers wouldn’t approve I hope in the future one gets a bad experience like we did. Then tell you no and try to offer 250.00 to go towards the repairs . So wrong in many ways!!!! 😡😡😡😡 I will not refer anyone to this company More

Gil was the sales person i got he greeted us as soon as week came in and remained friendly, personable and helpful the whole process. since we were from out of town he even suggested some places to checkout afterward. fantastic customer service no up-selling no BS. he even got our garage opener we accidentally left back in the car we traded in and offered to mail it to us only a few hours after I emailed him in the middle of the night! ASK FOR GIL! (help him out with that commission his wrist Ain't doing to good lol) More

Cailyn didnt want to work with me for the simple fact that I told her i was in the car business for 10 years. Not once did I ask for a discount or best price. She assumed I was comparing prices to my local dealer. I would not recommend her at all. Horrible service. She maybe got upset that I didnt want to run credit because I wasnt sure if I was going to lease, finance or go through my own financial institution. This is the type of sales people I didnt hire . Stay away people!!!!! More
Be very leery of their online sales department. I worked with a sales representative Donna for the better part of a day on pricing for a vehicle. After some negotiation I was quoted a good price for the veh with a sales representative Donna for the better part of a day on pricing for a vehicle. After some negotiation I was quoted a good price for the vehicle. Donna stated she had obtained a discounted price through her sales manager. I asked for the out the door price so that I could get a cashiers check. The online sales manager Conner, then sent me an email and said that there was a mistake and the sales representative quoted me a price on the WRONG vehicle and he could not sell me the vehicle for the price we agreed on. I explained that there was no doubt about what vehicle we were talking about. Donna had attached pictures and answered questions throughout our Internet conversation about the vehicle. Conner said with the online original price they were already losing over $600 on the sale. (That’s hard to believe) Connor sent me a chart showing that their vehicle listed was the second best deal within 500 miles. There’s no reason why Conner couldn’t have honored our Negotiated price and made it the best deal within 500 miles. The top two vehicles on the chart were very close in price. They completely wasted my time and would not honor the price I was quoted. If the owner would like to see the email chain back-and-forth, I have them saved. More

Horrible Poor our truck broke in bishop California had it towed to Michael Hohls sales people (3) (Eric) (Ron) ( Charles)told us they diagnosed our truck and would our truck broke in bishop California had it towed to Michael Hohls sales people (3) (Eric) (Ron) ( Charles)told us they diagnosed our truck and would need a new engine $22,000.00 so they could sell us another truck that we could pull our fifth wheel with . we were purchasing the truck and in the mean time the service manager (chuck) called me wondering why i hadn't faxed the signed repair form. I told Chuck that the sales managers was telling us new engine $22,000.00 he said that was rediculess the service hadn't diagnosed the problem . so it was diagnosed $11,000.00 repairs no new engine. so we got out of the other deal on the other truck that cost us $ 30,000.00 because the sales managers lied to us and had our truck repaired for the $11,000.00.And they took our out of town check for the sale of the other truck but they would not accept our out of town check for the repair..our fifth wheel was in Bishop California and we had to get a rental and we made several trips to Carson city. LIAR$ LIARS LIARS!!!!!!!!!! Horrible business up to the Manager/ Owner except the Diesel Mechanic. Juakin was a Horrible Horrible person to work with and John Group in finance was a great help and a good person. More

great help for an out of town-er We had serious car trouble in Mammoth, we live on the central coast. Car had to be towed to Hohl GMC. Joe was a huge help. He called me several times to let me know the status, and then when the car was ready (ahead of schedule). Timing was very important as we had a rental car and had to return to the central coast. Hohl and Joe pulled through for us, very impressive, thank you. More
