Prior to arriving to the dealership Caitlyn was extremely helpful texting me additional information about the truck I was interested in and answering all of my questions. She even took additional pictures and sent them to me. Arriving at the the facility Yonny was helpful, courteous and never once became "pushy." The follow up was exceptional as well. I contacted the dealership recently as I realized my truck and wheel locks (locking lug nuts) on it and I could not find a key anywhere. A friend of mine was talking to one of their friends that happened to work at this dealership. He told them about my not so good situation. Not only did they go out of their way to contact me, but collaboratively worked together throughout multiple departments to give me the best possible price that matched my lowest estimate. It was a no brainer for me to go with GM certified technicians backed by a GM warranty that is next to none. Bill kept me informed of the progress and even sent me pictures by text to keep me abreast of all the things that were finally falling into place. By the time I had picked up my truck, I felt that I had known Bill for quite along time.
