When I called the service manager he told me it was "against the law" to do what I asked (rotate my tires) so I checked with the Nevada DMV, no such law. I call the service manager back and call him out on his lie. Then he tells me it is against General Motors policy. So I contact General Motors......no such policy. I would hope the last thing a car dealership would do is lie to a customer, but at Hohl Chev. thats the first place they go. I might be naive and expected honest service. Dont bother trying to get a hold of the General Manager, he wont return your calls. Why would he? He knows your going to complain about his lying staff, he doesnt want to deal with that. ............it only cost me $66 to find out this is not a good place to go....there are worse "life lessons" More
Horrible I went in with a coupon for a $60 oil change with a multi point inspection as well as a few recalls, when they called to tell me my vehicle was ready I went in with a coupon for a $60 oil change with a multi point inspection as well as a few recalls, when they called to tell me my vehicle was ready I even asked how much it was going to be and they said “About 68 bucks.” When I went to pick it up they charged me $86 and didn’t even mention how the multi inspection went giving me the assumption that they didn’t even do it. It has a potential coolant leak... idiot light keeps coming on. The DureMax upgrade was $10K. Call me paranoid. Could NOT get Chuck to do a diagnostic because they are “so short handed”!! I told him this truck is out of town on jobs during the week. After 2 failed weekends, he gave the same mantra. This time I stated this was a Michael Hohl problem not a ‘me’ problem and I wanted to have the GM call me on Monday please. Still waiting for that phone call... 😡 Also, I got FLOODED with emails after the sale. The unsubscribe didn’t work. I called the dealership and they said it was a GM issue. Terry in sales was very good. Talked to me like I had some intelligence and a professional. Unfortunately the sale is a one time event and service is continual. With that in mind, NEVER EVER buy from this dealership!! Service after the sale is 90% of the transaction. Even if they’re lower on the sale price you will end up paying more when they won’t cover any warranties!!! More

I make my appointments with Ed Addeo who is always courteous and understanding of scheduled and corrective maintenance needed on each pickup I have serviced at this dealer. If the mechanic finds a developing problem I am unaware of, Ed shows me what work needs to be done and explains in detail the how the problem will be corrected, how long the repair will take and what the final cost will be. He always meets his estimated costs and schedules. More
Vehicle Damage I would give it a ZERO if it was an option. I took our 2014 Chevy SS in for recall work and an oil change. The car has 6000 miles, garaged winters and has never been driven in the rain. I asked them to please take care of it and was told that they would park it out by itself. Later that day after being told that they had to order a part, I swung by to see it surrounded by cars and decided to bring it home until the part came in.. When they pulled the car around to pick up they ran it over a curb scraping the underneath clear bra that I had put on. After bringing to their attention several days later the service manager claimed the damage was old and not caused by them. I take immaculate care of this collector vehicle. I detail it weekly. The damage was not there when I took it in and was there after it being in their neglectful care. I asked to speak to the general manager who obviously had been informed by his service manager of my claims. After a brief discussion with him he asked me to leave and that I was never welcome back at their dealership, ever. I told the service manager and the general manager I was going to write negative reviews and take them to small claims court. I picked up the paperwork for the court action this week and will file the action next week. They need to be held responsible for their lack of care and outright calling me a liar. Over my years I have owned 22 GM vehicles. I am a fair person and have never been treated like this by a dealership. All should be aware of their improper business practices. Customers have other choices in this area for their GM needs and I strongly suggest they choose those other options. More

Awful Service Department Purchased a 2010 Silverado from them and always took it to them for service. Purchased the extended warranty as well. When my check engine light came on the lazy service adviser, Mark Hildebrand dismissed any consideration of the warranty and they tried to charge me $300 for a gas cap! When I complained they threatened to call the Sheriff. Had to complain to the DMV Enforcement division that got me a refund. Accordingly I purchased my next vehicle from Dave Smith in Idaho. More

She took me to the sales manager whom I had dealt with when a purchased a Terrain in 2013. He told me about incentives on a new Traverse, which I purchased for less than the one down the street with 20K miles on it. This is the ninth vehicle I have bought from this dealership.
