I bought a hyundai palisade limited edition for $43000 on May 2021 .The key point of the sale is, its a certified car. Within 10 day of purchase I started hearing noise from the sensors. I reached out and they gave me an appointment after 2 months and they got my car for diagnosis and hand me over a receipt for $1500 for service.They gave couple of pictures from the bottom for the car stating that it's been rusted on axils with two pages of issues. After all emails with there management they gave us two free service and canceled the $1500 bill . After a month again I got problem with the sensors and cameras.They gave me an appointment after one month. They had my car for 2 months for service without even providing me loaner car . After 5 time's of my visit last week still the problem continues. Totally i was having my car with me for only four months .STRONGLY SUGGEST DO NOT BUY CAR FROM METROWEST HYUNDAI. AND ALSO I SUGGEST TO TAKE YOUR CAR TO GOOD SERVICES STATION BECAUSE YOU ARE PAYING FOR IT. More

Car buying can be stressful after all the games that get played, we finally settled on a car, signed the purchase contract and gave them our deposit. Three days later we get a call from Metrowest saying there is no deal, and that we owe more money if we want to purchase the car. What good is a signed contract, if they can pull out of it(I don’t even know if that is legal). It just crazy - they have all our money, all the leverage. It was dealing with dumb and dumber in trying to get a straight answer as to how or why. Managers were useless.... Talk about stressful experience and one I felt others should be aware of what you could be dealing with there. If you have a choice, steer clear!!!. More
I went in andest drove a used car. I was not ready to purchase "on the spot". I had done some research, they car was overpriced. I called to talk with someone else as I intended to purchase the car. A woman took a message who was oddly "heavy breathing". I got a call from a "manager" who never told me his name and was obviously rushing. I gave him my name and asked that my salesperson call me early in the am so we could work on a purchase. I filled out the credit application. I heard nothing back from them. Not an email nor a call. I purchased another vehicle some where else. It's even in better condition than the one there. Too busy to return calls and emails? So sad because you lost a sale and now your commission will be less. Do better.... More

Seven months after receiving delivery, I still love my car. I have not had to take my car in for service, so I can't offer an opinion on MW Hyundai's service department. More
