I bought my car from Jessica in March of 2021. Since I live in Pennsylvania our negotiations took place over the phone. Jessica was extremely helpful and discussed the procedure (test drive, detail of car, meeting with finance (David Weaver) to sign papers and meeting with Skylar to help set up the inside of car ( preferences-seat location, radio,Sirius, how to work the screen etc). Jessica even suggested places nearby to have lunch. The big surprise at the end was the celebration from everyone at Metro Lexus for buying my Lexus 350RX. I recently called Jessica for information on my warranty. Jessica looked into my questions and got back to me the same day. The only regret I have is I don’t live closer to this Lexus dealership.
