Ryan did an awesome job in helping us purchasing our Lexus at Metro Lexus. We wanted to choose one of two cars which are exactly same but with different exterior colors. And one was located in the siste Lexus at Metro Lexus. We wanted to choose one of two cars which are exactly same but with different exterior colors. And one was located in the sister store. But next morning Ryan already drove to the sister store and got the cars ready at Metro for us to compare side by side. We were also happily surprised by the unveiling ceremony that Ryan and other team members prepared for us, which is already after the store closing time on that day. My wife couldn’t be happier! Also other team members all did a great job! A good team! More
