I requested a transmission flush, coolant flush, and check transmission because it is slipping. After Metro having my car for three days, I picked it up and they had not flushed the transmission. I specifically brought my car there because I wanted to see if a flush would get rid of the slip. I called the service writer three times and never received a call back (turns out he was off, but nobody told me that). On the plus side, I was given a very nice loaner car, and they do use the correct coolant when they did the radiator flush. More

Tori truly represents the brand well and was a major reason I decided to keep a deposit with the Metro Lexus dealership and await delivery of the Lexus GX. Thank you Tori! I also want to take a moment and mention Peter Mapp, the VP of the Lexus dealerships/auto group. When I first approached the dealership and Tori regarding the Lexus GX, he walked over to my parents and I and offered us refreshments and engaged us in friendly conversation. We had not even talked about the purchase being final or even any exchange of money before Peter made sure we were taken care of and treated with respect. Once I saw how this interaction went and along with the relationship we developed with Tori, I trusted that my money was going to good people who not only cared about providing quality service, but they wanted to ensure that you felt comfortable and "at home." Due to the current challenges in the market, I have been trying to buy a 2022 Lexus NX hybrid since December 2021. I finally picked up my new vehicle on June 9, 2022. I can honestly say that this was the trying to buy a 2022 Lexus NX hybrid since December 2021. I finally picked up my new vehicle on June 9, 2022. I can honestly say that this was the best car-buying experience ever. My sales consultant Terry stayed in touch the entire time. This was more like a conversation than the haggling experience I've encountered at other dealerships. Everyone else I encountered was knowledgeable and friendly. It was truly a pleasure, including the "big reveal" at the end. I may have just become a Metro Lexus customer for life. More
