Had a problem with the business manager James Tibbitts during the sales I told him that there would be a payment due on my old truck on July 15th . He told me not to worry about it my old truck would be paid off the next day 7/8/2024 . On July 15 Ford credit took out $338.46 out of my account ( 060588284). He was little to no help with getting a refund back from Ford credit. If he had told me there maybe a problem I would have stopped at my bank on my way home and my auto pay.
