Had an emergency with the car my Ford edge. The guard in the front was dragging and then completely fell off. It was a Saturday so I went to the metro for Dealer and asked them. The service advisors and technicians are great. This specific visit I came in without an appointment, you can't schedule when a tire will go down. Brian, the advisor wrote up my repair order and ha This specific visit I came in without an appointment, you can't schedule when a tire will go down. Brian, the advisor wrote up my repair order and handed it to the technician who then showed me why my tire was going down. Within about 30 minutes of my telling Brian what was wrong with my car, it was fixed and I was ready to be on my way. All of this as I said, without an appointment. Great teamwork with this service department. More

I'm very grateful tthat they treated me with so much respect. Other places have tried to con me I to getting unnecessary work done just because I'm a woman and I'm not supposed to know any better.
