Made an appointment by phone in advance 5/23/23 with details of services I wanted completed. Dropped off my vehicle on 5/31/23 at 7:30am and had to repeat the process of what I wanted completed. Schedul details of services I wanted completed. Dropped off my vehicle on 5/31/23 at 7:30am and had to repeat the process of what I wanted completed. Scheduling service by phone isn’t very useful if no record is kept. Verbally agreed to a pick up time of between 4 & 4:30pm that afternoon. Arrived at 4:30 for pickup to only have to wait an additional 25 to 30 minutes. A few days later my oil indicator alerted on my dashboard for change. I checked my oil which was changed from what I could tell and reset the dashboard. Red Battery cap left ajar from the connection point, other fluids not topped off (Engine coolant reservoir & windshield fluid) which I believed are covered in the service I paid and waited for, end service felt rushed and I’m not satisfied with the experience. I have had 2 leases and purchased my first car at metro and do majority of my service here just hurt my trust that my time and resources where not treat with the same value that I placed in the company may consider looking else where for better complete services in the future. More
