Recalled performed, but had an 8 am appointment and told it would be a couple of hours so I got picked up. I called at noon as I did not hear back and was told service advisor out to lunch. I was told they it would be a couple of hours so I got picked up. I called at noon as I did not hear back and was told service advisor out to lunch. I was told they would call back at 1 the latest. 1:15, I called back and was told they still had to work on car. The recall only take 2 hours max. We were told we would get called when complet in another 2 hours, so we decided to head over an 1 hour later as we needed the car back for trip the next day. I feel as I did not wait around that hhey kept putting it off. Why have people schedule appointments and tell them a couple of hours not 6 plus. More
