The staff here had one mechanic drive the car under his purvue on the highway and all worked out. They were caring for my lost numbers! I passed inspection! More

Has to be the worst service dealership I have ever been to. The transmission in my F150 went. Covered under warranty. Jay from Metro told me to tow it over there and they will look at it in 2 day. 5 weeks to. The transmission in my F150 went. Covered under warranty. Jay from Metro told me to tow it over there and they will look at it in 2 day. 5 weeks later they never looked at it. Then he said it will be looked at in 2 more weeks. 3 weeks later and nothing. Finally I get pissed. And just tow it to Morris Ford. They said 3 weeks. Gave me a loaner vechile. And 1 week later looked at my Transmission and ordered me a new 1. They are finished with my truck in under 3 weeks. I talk to Paul the manager at Metro Ford. And he just gave me an attitude. Not my fault you guys lied to me. I had to rent a vechile and I out $2,000 in the rental. Because I have to get to work. Metro Ford said they had no loaners. But Morris did. How is that possible, when Metro Ford is a way bigger Dealership. 🤔 More
