Very nice staff, but sometimes there’s a lack of communication with the customer about the status of their vehicle. I expected my vehicle to be there for 1 day, and it wasn’t even looked at until da communication with the customer about the status of their vehicle. I expected my vehicle to be there for 1 day, and it wasn’t even looked at until day 2 and then not ready until day 3. No loaner was offered, which would have been helpful. The service performed was great, just wish I knew how long the service would take. More

The service center leaves much to be desired. I waited over a month for an appointment for hard shifting in my transmission among other issues only to be told some nonsense to make me go away bec I waited over a month for an appointment for hard shifting in my transmission among other issues only to be told some nonsense to make me go away because they’re apparently to busy to be bothered with actually looking at my vehicle. The issues such as hard shifting in the transmission, very low idle under 500 rpm’s and running rough with slight misfires in the engine are still very much an issue and nothing was addressed. I was told at the end “you could make another appointment if you want us to relook at it”… one star review all the way and I highly recommend people look elsewhere for help. More
