I think they do a great job and are honest. I once brought my car in to have the battery and charging system checked. After at least an hour of testing- after little to no waiting for it to be I once brought my car in to have the battery and charging system checked. I had no problems with battery or charging system after that, so I figured it must have been at lower than full charge, earlier, from not being run for a while. More
