I showed for a scheduled appointment only to learn that the part - a trailer brake controller- had already been installed in another vehicle.( really? Only one controller in inventory??) . Two wasted hours the part - a trailer brake controller- had already been installed in another vehicle.( really? Only one controller in inventory??) . Two wasted hours. Follow up appointment, which was to last about two hours , took five hours. The work was done- a simple install- but why five hours ?? Dealer was apologetic, but c’mon. The bigger issue is this: apparently, the controller is wired to the dash at the factory (btw the truck has a factory installed tow package) , but the dial or whatever is not installed at the factory. Why not ? What good is a so called tow package without the trailer brake controller?? More

I did not feel like a customer, I felt like I was a nuisance. I ordered a door handle which I never got. I was told it was going to be ordered. I came in for a recall but I will never come there again. The funny thing is I am ready to trade my car in but I never looked at cars that day because of the treatment I felt with the service department. More
