I took my car in 3 separate times due to brake failure, and they kept telling me that they can replicate the problem or find it. I then took it back to Keeler Honda where I bought my ford edge, and they to and they kept telling me that they can replicate the problem or find it. I then took it back to Keeler Honda where I bought my ford edge, and they took it to DePaula ford who didn’t even have to replicate the problem to find it. Turns out I needed a new master cylinder (which I told metro ford from day one 😂) and a hydraulic pump. They couldn’t even put the effort to find a safety problem for me. And told me there wasn’t a problem! 🙄🤗 More

Friendly service. Nice waiting area. 2 issues- 1) was told quick fix and so could wait but it was 2 hours and 2) the issue wasn’t fixed so needed to come back later in Nice waiting area. 2 issues- 1) was told quick fix and so could wait but it was 2 hours and 2) the issue wasn’t fixed so needed to come back later in the same day since it was “not tightened”.
