I had my new Escape only a week or so and had a problem with the dealer installed option - keypad on driver's door. It was frustrating and an inconvenience to have to come back to Metro (1.45 hour drive f with the dealer installed option - keypad on driver's door. It was frustrating and an inconvenience to have to come back to Metro (1.45 hour drive for me 1 way) for something I feel should have been checked out before I drove out of the dealership. This is the 4th or 5th Escape I've leased from Metro and expected something more than an apology for my time and having to put another 150 miles in my new lease. More
