I can’t tell you enough how pleased I am with my service at Metro Ford and while everyone is so helpful I would be remiss if I didn’t single out one person- Troy Hanlon. I had a tire issue and a key batter at Metro Ford and while everyone is so helpful I would be remiss if I didn’t single out one person- Troy Hanlon. I had a tire issue and a key battery issue and an oil change, tire rotation and multi point. Troy handled all issues in a quick and pleasant way as I waited for the vehicle. To make matters more pleasant, Troy reminded me that I had Lincoln rewards credits that paid for the whole visit!!! He brought this up on his own and saved me a lot of money. He runs a very efficient and friendly service department and is a great asset to your operation! I also look forward to working with Bill Hurley in sales when needed. Thank You, William Pezzula More

I went in since Latham ford kept messing up my tires and I made an appointment with metro. We had the passenger side tire tons sensors replaced and wanted the driver side tires looked at since all tries kep I made an appointment with metro. We had the passenger side tire tons sensors replaced and wanted the driver side tires looked at since all tries kept loosing air. Pick up suv and tires are still loosing air. My car was running fine. ... no problems at all. Metro called and offered to come to my home to do a recall repair. He came, did the repair and my car hasn't run since then. W ... no problems at all. Metro called and offered to come to my home to do a recall repair. He came, did the repair and my car hasn't run since then. We then had to have it towed to Metro and so far my bill to fix it is up to $3600.00. They don't know when it will be done. I had a perfectly fine car and now I owe them 3600.00. I'm disgusted More
