I attempted to set an appointment up for a recall. I’m a teacher with limited time to make phone calls.. when I called the man who answered, the phone, was speaking to as if he was the one who just s I’m a teacher with limited time to make phone calls.. when I called the man who answered, the phone, was speaking to as if he was the one who just spent 60,000 on a vehicle. He would not allow me in o get a word in. He kept cutting me off and talking over me. It was a bad experience. I also feel like the person who sold me the car was not completely honest with the contract and the amount of money I would receive in Ford rewards. The majority of the employees in the garage were very helpful. The one negative experience was enough to make me consider going elsewhere in the future. More
