Metro Ford - Service Center

The story I was given about the noise coming from my steering wheel did not match was Aiden was telling me. First the technician took it for a drive heard something and got another technician to see if steering wheel did not match was Aiden was telling me. Then when I questioned Aiden because it was put on my service print out that 'no abnormal noises heard, could not verify concern' two different stories. Aiden then told me that they were checking the frame of the truck for the noise. These are obviously two different stories. I know I am a woman with truck with blond hair but I am not stupid!! This is not my first rodeo with a Ford truck. The inside door handle, steering wheel, and middle arm rest were cover in grease. To say the lest I am not happy. I was there over 2 and a half hours and all you heard was how far behind they were in the service department. More

Service made appointment, got there and then came tome stating coupon, did not have parts. Had to come back next day at 1pm, said wasn't enough time and was going to have to come back again but last min stating coupon, did not have parts. I only drove to home and back and they charged my credit card $2.and change for gas. More

Brought my truck in for warranty work, dropped it off the night before. Picked up truck 3 days later. Paid bill, got in truck to leave, and had a flat tire! Sent to service manager and he told me that it didn't happen there..... He then tells me that they couldn't repair it, but would gladly sell me a New tire!!! We had words. I had them put spare tire on and left! Went to a tire dealer who patched it with no problem. I will NEVER go back there again! This was my 3rd truck that I purchased from them. Stay away from this dealership!! Go to Latham Ford or Morris ford!!!! More
