Sold me a service I didn’t need or ask for …asked for an oil change … got a more detailed service … I told them I had a complete brake job & new tires put on 600 miles prior… they ended charging almost 150 oil change … got a more detailed service … I told them I had a complete brake job & new tires put on 600 miles prior… they ended charging almost 150 dollars for a service that was unnecessary… not happy … been buying fords from metro for a number of years …. Ugh More

Disappointed with number of 80 mile trips each time to resolve 2 recalls over 6 weeks. Truck in shop for weeks but suspect most of time parked outside. Still don’t have a single piece of paper telling me resolve 2 recalls over 6 weeks. Truck in shop for weeks but suspect most of time parked outside. Still don’t have a single piece of paper telling me what was done to vehicle. The range is totally unreliable, coming down twice the miles driven at times. Dealer has never called to ask how truck is running. Poor experience. More
