Worst dealership ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a waste of my time. Very unprofessional salesman. Spent most of his time helping other people. Offered me a deal then backed out on it. Being a mid-20 year old I know the constant feeling of struggling for that next paycheck; I thought getting into a car would be nearly impossible. Michelle, Will, and Victoria made me feel comfortable and confidant with the multiple options that they gave me AND I drove off with a 2017 Ford Fusion! There was no feeling of pressure to sign or commit to anything, they worked with me with the budget I had, and give me honest prices! Their friendliness, professionalism, and intelligence was so refreshing that I am/NEED to recommend them to everyone!! Thanks again guys!!! More

Great sales support for my new F150 XLT I recently purchased a 2017 F150 XLT. I tried several dealers and manufacturers and found that Nicole Belanger and the Metro Ford team took very good I recently purchased a 2017 F150 XLT. I tried several dealers and manufacturers and found that Nicole Belanger and the Metro Ford team took very good care of me. The price was very fair and Nicole found exactly what I was looking for. I had looked at the trucks on the lot and picked a few that were close to what I wanted, but missing a few options. Nicole found a truck with all my requirements that was to be delivered soon and it came in on the truck while we were talking. Nicole Bellanger is very professional and if there is any problems, she will make sure that it is resolved. Buying a truck now days is a large purchase and I really appreciated the service that Nicole provided. Also thanks to Jay Ostrander, David Wood, and Jim Rosamino for making the purchase experience a good one. Love my Ford F150! More

Total disregard for customers well-being! Was looking for a used car, test drove a fiesta.. long story short the car almost broke down less than 10 feet out of the parking lot, causing us to a Was looking for a used car, test drove a fiesta.. long story short the car almost broke down less than 10 feet out of the parking lot, causing us to almost get hit by oncoming traffic on state street!! Immediately brought it back onto the lot, only to be told by the salesman that the same thing happened to him recently!!!! After this we spoke to who I believe was the GM, his response to this was to show me a recall notice for a clutch part... so he knew this car had a problem yet let it be put on the lot for a customer or family to get behind the wheel of. Not very smart or safe!!! More
