Exceeded my expectations, Tony Simone is a brand ambassador! I have been driving the same car for fifteen years and knew it was time to consider a different choice. I went to a sales event in January, test dro I have been driving the same car for fifteen years and knew it was time to consider a different choice. I went to a sales event in January, test drove an Escape and did my research and went to other dealers but returned to Metro Ford because of the great customer service. From April 11, it took just a few days to set up my lease and trade in. Tony Simone guided me to a Ford Escape that matched my driving needs, is a great AWD vehicle and gets great gas mileage. I am so happy and feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders by Tony Simone and Metro Ford.
